Start noticing things that make you happy.  Once you tell your brain that you want to be aware of what makes you happy, it will help you start noticing.   Here's an example: When I found the background for this blog, it made me happy because it was the ocean.  Yes, what makes you happy can be that simple.  Start noticing ...and collecting things that make you happy.
